I am also a wheelchair user and would be good if you would be happy to link blogs, not sure how that works? But have been told it’s a good thing to do in increasing how exposure.

I just wanted to say I really enjoyed ‘Five’…
You may have already heard of this before – but a friend introduced me to something called the Pomodoro Technique…which is basically a system of tackling any job in increments of 15 minutes. It’s named after the little red plastic tomato kitchen timers of the 1970s. Google for more info

I presume the pohoto showed your black high heels? It only showed the little red X for me. If so – I agree your feet and ankles looked sexy in them. I should get a new pair – why not? You referrred to the zip up shoes that I liked. I remember you buying them but I didn’t understand your comment about a landlord or something.
As to your cooking – you made delicious Italian of your Grandmother’s although the cleaning up after was something else.
Just a small point Jo. I can’t seem to find my way around your blog. For example, I was trying to follow the blog entries in time sequence but can’t. If I jump to an old blog, I can’t seem to jump back. I don’t inspect your blog every day or even every week. Thought you should know that I’m not following you to closely.

Cyprus eh? Don’t suppose you would include being tipped out of your wheel chair onto the board walk? Shame we missed the yacht trip though.
